Shipping to all destinations- within Europe and to the USA takes between 14-20 BUSINESS days. Please understand that we can not make it faster and we can fight against slow post services, silly postmen and weird customs policies. The regular shipping is without a tracking number. It does have a number of the registered service we are using but it can't be tracked on line. This number is used only from the post offices to track the package. They are able to do so if there is one month since the shipping date. Therefore, please allow up to one month for shipping to some destinations where post services are slow or delayed. In case you do not receive your package in 25 business days from the date of the order, please let us know immediately to start investigation.
